Do customers need to install an app?
No. The card opens directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the apps that ship with every phone. There's nothing to download.
How does the customer get the card?
You print a small QR poster (we generate it for you) and place it on the counter. Customers scan it, enter their email, and the card appears in their wallet.
Can I customize the card?
Yes — your logo, colors, and reward (e.g. 20 stamps for a free coffee, or 1 point per HKD spent). You set it up once from your dashboard.
How does staff add points or stamps?
Each staff member opens a web page on their phone — it's a one-time install on the home screen, but you don't go through the App Store. Then they scan the customer's card and tap +1.
What happens after the 3-month trial?
You switch to a paid plan (350 HKD/month for up to 10k cards, or 500 HKD/month for up to 100k). No surprises, no hidden fees. You can cancel any time.
